Poor chicken looked like this up until a few days ago.
His trousers had all but fallen off, his holes were getting worse and worse and even though he kind of needed a wash, i was terrified he'd completely fall apart...
so we asked the fairies to come and collect him so that he could go and visit the toy hospital where he would be fixed and come back all shiny and new and not smelly anymore.
We put him in a big padded envelope and we propped the envelope up next to the front door and the fairies did their work, and the next morning, Daisy went down to see if he'd been mended and as you can see he had.
Here you can compare the old version without his beak or feet and the new version before he had his eyes stitched on.
And here is a shot of Daisy with new chicken and Iris with a not so old lady chicken. Lady chicken was bought to replace the original Mr Olli Chicken when we realised Daisy was very attached to him, unfortunately she was rejected.
Iris quite likes her however, although nothing is better than Iris' No-Face.
