Hello... Is there anybody [out] there?

Oh my goodness gracious me, we are officially back online, hooray.
Our internet service provider finally came good and provided us with lovely scrummy broadband, and Marc being clever made it happen.
Horay for broadband and horay for husbands, who are very clever.

Oh and yes the blog post title should obviously read "Is there anybody in there" to quote the lyrics correctly, but obviously you, who i am referring to are not in this house with me, you are all outside of this house, somewhere else, out in the big wide world.

The title comes from the album "Another Brick in the Wall" by Pink Floyd, that big band from long ago, and i have quoted it cos my sister Polly is one of the backing singers for a Pink Floyd tribute band called "In the Flesh" here is their website : www.floydflesh.com/.

I believe they are very good, though i've not heard them yet. I'm hoping they'll come play in our village hall soon, though i think slightly bigger venues are usually booked nowadays.

Anyway it's jolly nice to be back online.
