I am allergic to Peanuts

About two months ago i had an allergic reaction to peanut butter, it was a bit scary for mummy and daddy and they ended up taking me A&E but i was absolutely fine by the time we got there, i had already been sick twice so i'd gotten rid of all the nasty stuff in my tummy.
Daddy then took me to the doctors to get me referred for a blood test to see if i am actually allergic to peanuts.

Our appointment was yesterday (Thursday) instead of a blood test i had a skin prick test which is instant and less painful.

Here is a pic of my back taken a few hours later when the redness had gone down, but you can see where they did some drawing on my back, the circle next to the P (for peanut) was where it showed that i was allergic to peanuts, on a scale of 1-6 peanuts came up as a 4.
Ages ago when i had the blood test to see if i am allergic to cats and dogs it came up as a 3 out of 6 which is the half way point so not so serious.

The results are that i am not allergic to nuts themselves, BUT i am allergic to peanuts, and did you know that peanuts are not part of the nut family, they are part of the legume family, mummy didn't know that.
I am probably also allergic to haricot beans seeing as the last two times i've had baked beans i've been sick straight away.

Here is a list of all the things in the legume family:
Legumes: Broad Bean / Horse Bean / Field Bean, Chickpea, Cowpea, Field Pea, Groundnut / Peanut, Haricot / French Bean, Lentil, Lima Bean, Mungbean, Pigeon Pea, Soybean, Vetch / Grass Pea / Chickling Pea.

so far I am not allergic to anything else on this list other than peanuts and haricot, hopefully it will stay that way.
